With Visitors From 76 Countries This Year To Our Blog – Here Are The Top Blog Posts Read By Readers From Around the World

As our followers know, we write about rural living and farm life.  We did not start out as farmers, but rather, business people who have lived in many places and traveled the world for energy and environmental technology and science.  So, our perspectives tend to be both tied to the land but also introspective and empirical when need be.  We are observers, my husband and I and I write poetry.  So, yes, we are rather an eclectic duo when in comes to living closer to the land.  But, I think this is one thing our readers like – a different perspective on things.

With that in mind, I wanted to share the top five blog posts that have been read on our blog this year from nearly 8,000 page views.  It reveals an interesting pattern of what people from around the world find interesting.  Second, I will share from what countries our readers come from.  That also shows how the interests of many come from almost every walk of life on this planet.  I find the interest in the land, diy, sustainability and poetry to be a curious one as it truly does seem to straddle all demographics.  I do alot of statistics on demographics.  It is a very big part of my background running global strategy and marketing for tech companies in my past life.  We look at markets from three meta regions – AMERICAS to include North and South America along with the Caribbean.  EMEA which stands for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and APAC which stands for Asia Pacific region.  Here is the breakout of readers from countries what regions –

AMERICAS – visitors from 10 countries

EMEA – visitors from 47 countries

APAC – visitors from 19 countries

I find it fascinating that our readership diversity and most country presence is from EMEA coming in a far second is APAC and last is Americas.  That is very interesting that so much of our readership is from overseas demographically/geographically.  This shows me once again that the topics we write about are truly universal in nature and of global interest.  Very cool!

Here is a map to show you from how many countries in the world have visited the blog.  Notice the white is where there has been no visitors.  Yellow is where visitors are from and red means highest volume.  Note that the countries where it is white lacks internet.  Fascinating the global reach via virtual communication.  Imagine what we can all do together on topics we care about as a world!

Thank you readers for engaging with us from every corner of the planet.  We try and write about what we see and do here at the farm.  And we share our views on things but from a standpoint of what unifies us all, not tears us apart.  As many of you know around the world, there is discord in America at many levels.  But, indeed this is part of Democracy with the ability for many voices of different tribes to express themselves.  It is a turbulant and blessed process.  Change and awareness dont come easy and they dont come free.  But this is what the process to achieve freedom is.  In our blog we want to write about that which unites us all.  Apart from our differences, we all are very similar and care about love, light, our families, our communities, one another, our earth and our ability to do things by hand.  We believe that darkness is truly a very small proportion of humanity on this planet.  Mostly, people are good, want right things, and pray for a blessed life.

May your life be blessed today and thank you, from wherever you are, for engaging in a walk with us for a time with our blog.

God Bless You! ~ L. Davis
