It is that amazing time of year again when the Smoky Mountains burst forth with life. We moved here from the Adirondack Mountains in Northern New York. While both locations are spectacular for fall color, I have to say that Spring in the Smokies is awesome. There are so many trees in these forests and mountain ranges that bloom FLOWERS in spring, it is truly gorgeous.
Since I love to write and do photography, I headed down to my writers cabin this morning to spend some time working on my next article on rural living and conservation of key heritage livestock. I took my camera with me.
Here is the amazing photo tour of my time walking the beautiful grounds of this farm and spending time at my writers cabin. This amazing little cabin my husband built for me also serves as our new guest mini-cabin when the grandkids visit in the future. Of course the goal is to get the little ones outside and in the woods! And, a cool little cabin is just about the coolest way we can think of doing that!
Here we go on a lovely picture journey of my walk this morning at our farm here in the Smoky Mountains.
We hope you enjoyed our photo journey through my walk around the house and cabin this morning. It is truly a beautiful place here in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.
God Bless! L. Davis
