Well, we have been working hard here in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee cutting out hillsides to accomodate an equestrain facility on our ranch. And, I am pleased to announce it is done and gorgeous. Here are some of the most stunning pictures I can imagine that I just took of our two barns – the livestock barn and the new equestrian barn as the sun was setting over the Smoky Mountains in the background. We look directly out at the foothills of the Smokies. After this row of mountians there is a vast expanse of wilderness as far as the eye can see. This is truly a lovely place!
We hoped you enjoyed the journey seeing our progress on the farm. The effort to cut out the hillside, my husband doing all the block retaining walls for the riding ring, then the barn building – has been a huge spring chore. But, it is done and it is absolutely lovely.
God Bless! L. Davis
